Through the door of the former cow barn at the back of the Gulfhof is the community room “Peerstall”.

Our common room invites you to celebrate! For family celebrations, class reunions or just because, guests of all apartments on Klein Schulenburgerpolder can comfortably sit together in the Peerstall. In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook together from breakfast to a big dinner.

Dining can be done either at a long table with Burgenland dishes. Or outside under the west gable on a balmy summer night.

The beamer mounted on the ceiling of the room can be used for cinema evenings, pictures and films for birthdays or seminars. The carom billiard table provides for informal get-togethers and entertaining hours.

Music and dance are expressly desired in the Peerstall!
A separate WC is available.

Please book the Peerstall together with your vacation apartments. You will then receive a number combination for a key safe, which will release the key for the common room for the time of your room booking. Please remember to vacate the room in time and put the key back in the key safe.
